2. What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form. The fields are: name, email, company (optional), topic, and message. We also receive the technical metadata that any web server sees (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
We use this information for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
3. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing your data under the GDPR is:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the contact form: you check a consent box before submission.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the basic security logging needed to keep the site online and free of abuse.
4. Retention
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing commercial relationship.
5. Processors
To deliver the site we rely on the following third parties acting as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Pages / Workers), DNS, CDN, and Turnstile bot protection on the contact form. Cloudflare may briefly store the data needed to run these services in the United States and in its global edge network.
- Web3Forms (Statichunt, Lda.) — secure forwarding of the contact form to our email inbox. Submissions are processed in transit and are not retained in Web3Forms beyond what is needed to deliver the email.
- Google LLC — receipt of contact emails in our Gmail inbox.
For international transfers from the EEA, these processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the strictly essential cookies needed for security:
- The Cloudflare Turnstile challenge sets a short-lived cookie on the contact page to verify that the submission is not automated.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The cookie banner is shown only to visitors in European timezones; outside the EU/EEA/UK it is not displayed because no non-essential cookies are loaded.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to ocinvestmentmanagement@gmail.com. EEA visitors may also lodge a complaint with their national data-protection authority.
8. Security
We protect submissions in transit via TLS (HTTPS) and use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Updates
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date above and, when appropriate, give notice on the homepage.

2. Qué recogemos y para qué
Sólo recogemos datos personales cuando decides enviárnoslos mediante el formulario de contacto. Los campos son: nombre, email, empresa (opcional), tema y mensaje. Recibimos además los metadatos técnicos habituales (dirección IP, user agent, referrer) por motivos de seguridad y prevención de abuso.
Usamos esta información con el único propósito de responder a tu consulta. No vendemos, alquilamos ni intercambiamos tus datos.
3. Base legal (visitantes del EEE / Reino Unido)
Si resides en el Espacio Económico Europeo o en el Reino Unido, la base legal del tratamiento bajo el RGPD es:
- Consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD) para el formulario de contacto: marcas la casilla de aceptación antes de enviarlo.
- Interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD) para los registros básicos de seguridad necesarios para mantener el sitio operativo y libre de abuso.
4. Conservación
Los mensajes recibidos por el formulario se conservan un máximo de 24 meses desde su recepción y después se eliminan, salvo que la ley o una relación comercial en curso exijan un periodo de conservación superior.
5. Encargados del tratamiento
Para prestar el servicio recurrimos a los siguientes terceros como encargados del tratamiento:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — alojamiento (Pages / Workers), DNS, CDN y protección anti-bot (Turnstile) en el formulario. Cloudflare puede almacenar brevemente los datos necesarios para prestar estos servicios en EE. UU. y en su red global.
- Web3Forms (Statichunt, Lda.) — reenvío seguro del formulario a nuestro correo. Los envíos se procesan en tránsito y no se conservan en Web3Forms más allá de lo necesario para entregar el email.
- Google LLC — recepción de los correos del formulario en nuestro buzón de Gmail.
Para las transferencias internacionales desde el EEE, estos encargados se apoyan en Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo (SCC) o mecanismos equivalentes.
6. Cookies
Este sitio sólo utiliza cookies estrictamente esenciales por motivos de seguridad:
- El reto de Cloudflare Turnstile coloca una cookie de corta duración en la página de contacto para verificar que el envío no es automatizado.
No usamos cookies analíticas, publicitarias ni de seguimiento. El banner de cookies se muestra únicamente a visitantes de zonas horarias europeas; fuera de la UE/EEE/RU no se muestra porque no se carga ninguna cookie no esencial.
7. Tus derechos
Según tu jurisdicción, puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición al tratamiento de tus datos, así como retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento. Para ejercerlos escribe a ocinvestmentmanagement@gmail.com. Los visitantes del EEE también pueden presentar una reclamación ante su autoridad nacional de protección de datos.
8. Seguridad
Protegemos los envíos en tránsito mediante TLS (HTTPS) y empleamos Cloudflare Turnstile para reducir el abuso automatizado. Ningún método de transmisión o almacenamiento es 100% seguro.
9. Menores
Este sitio no está dirigido a menores de 16 años y no recogemos a sabiendas datos personales de ellos.
10. Actualizaciones
Si esta política cambia de forma sustancial, actualizaremos la fecha de «última actualización» y, cuando proceda, lo señalaremos en la portada.
